So you’ve decided to set
out on the journey of becoming a Growthinker.
You are starting to
read.
You are starting to develop
yourself as a thinker.
You are starting to feel
like you are growing, slowly but surely.
You feel like you are
doing everything right;
Doing all that it takes
to become a Growthinker.
But you are wrong.
You are missing the most
important part.
It is not about you.
It is about the people
and the world around you.
The world gave you life.
The world gave you existence.
Now it's your job to give
back.
How do you do that?
It’s simple.
Start genuinely caring about
the lives of others.
Build genuine
relationships with the people around you.
Ask them about their
fears, values, goals, and dreams.
Listen to understand,
not to respond.
The best teachers have
no Ph.D.
The best teachers are relationships.
Honest and genuine relationships
with people you care about.
That is how you truly
learn about the world.
That is how you become a
Growthinker.
