Do you have goals?
Sorry, stupid question, I know.
Of course you do!
So, how are you doing with those goals?
Are you making progress towards them?
Are you getting one step closer to reaching them every
single day?
If yes, I am very glad to hear that and you are more than
welcome to exit out of this post.
But, if your answer is not positive, hear me out.
I am about to share one simple yet crucial secret with you
that will help you make progress towards your goals every single day, starting
today.
The secret I am about to share with you has been proven to
have remarkable effects on people’s progression towards their goals.
As you might have guessed by the title, the secret is to
write your goals down.
No, not in a word document;
Not in the notes on your iPhone either.
Write them down on paper.
And hang them up somewhere you will see them every morning.
That way you will visualize your goals every single day.
When you look at them, ask yourself:
“What am I going to do today to get one step closer to
reaching them?”
If you do this, I guarantee you, you will start making significant
progress.
A study by Gail Matthews at Dominican University actually
proved the effectiveness of writing your goals down!
But I encourage you to see for yourself.
We all have a “general idea” of what our goals are,
But can you write them down on paper?
Black on white?
Are they specific enough?
Do you even really have goals?
There’s only one way to find out…
Write ‘em down.
Stay tuned Growthinkers.
